In my Master thesis, I compared the Effectiveness of Machine Learning Algorithms for Assigning Categories to Incidents. I expanded my knowledge about Data Science in a certification course. I have several years of work experience in Customer Service and Technical Support, Operations, Automation and Integration as well as in Project Management.
